 On August 24, one year was completed of the clearance of the Greater Noida Master Plan 2021 by the NCR Planning Board. still, fate of thousands of home buyers is execution like a pendulum. While some developers have scrap project and cancelled units of homebuyers, the rest of them are waiting for the fateful day to shift to their dream homes. That time Greater Noida Authority CEO Rama Raman had made tall claims to protect the interest of home buyers but he and his team is basically protecting the interest of developers.
